Poodle Kitsch

Like all dedicated poodle owners, I have my fair share of poodle stuff, and I usually get something poodle related for my birthday. This year I got some fun poodle socks (always needed) and a cute new pin. After going to dinner with my family last night, my brother gave me something unexpected. He gave me two cute black ceramic poodles circa 1950's, a great flea market find.

Oh, and those little buggers are addictive. I have approximately 5 shelves full of them in my living room...big ones, little ones, medium ones, and wee tiny ones. Some are S&P shakers, some are planters, some are bookends, etc. I categorize them as "so ugly they are cute" and I want to give them all a home. :)

How cute! I have pins, a glass decanter, and some stuffed poodles. Oh - and of course a pair of socks. But I definitely have more Snoopy socks than poodle socks.

Patti- Well, once in a great while he'll come through for me. :)

I try not to get an over abundance of poodle stuff because it just has to be dusted, but I can't help myself! I already have enough bears to fill the Black Forest.

You can't have enough poodle socks and/or clothing. Why if you have a back to back show weekend, that's just too much pressure to do laundry.

I have a lot of Poodle art at home. Original drawings, one of the Kline Poodle pieces. At work, however, my office is like the kingdom of Poodle kitsch!

Those are cute!! My mom has a huge Poodle collection, she has been collecting since she was a girl. Mine is not quite so large, but it is starting to grow.
